Wow, what a hard problem to solve. I've read a little bit about the various ways to prevent this from happening but none of them seem like great solutions. Preventing right clicks doesn't fix it because you can take screenshots. Placing a copyright on the image might deter someone but your client isn't going to want it on their site.

I've read that in some cases people may simply not know any better when they're copying graphics, but I wonder how often that is the reality versus people who know what they're doing and do it anways. I guess if I were a graphic designer I'd be left with charging more up front to the client and messaging anyone who copied my work to have it taken down or leave an attribution. But what a hassle.
